Pero nunca falta un payaso "robolucionario" en hacernos reír tristemente con sus declaraciones: el recien estrenado Min-po-po-interiores, Ramón Rodríguez Chacín, durante su alocución anunciando esta decisión, dijo que lo notable de esta es que nunca, ningún gobierno, desde la época de la Capitanía General de Venezuela, había realizado ningún plan de seguridad ciudadana, y que el problema de la delincuencia esta arraigado en la sub-conciencia del venezolano como producto de lo que nos enseñaron durante los 40 y pico años de capitalismo salvaje. Que el problema reside en que somos una sociedad consumista y que solo el socialismo podrá salvarnos de los choros, de los asesinos, de los secuestradores, de los violadores, etc, etc, etc.... y bla... bla... bla...
Lo grande del asunto es que este personaje "es un hombre especialista en espionaje, participó en el diseño conceptual y fue comandante de operaciones del Cejap (implicado en la masacre de El Amparo), estuvo involucrado en el alzamiento militar del 27 de noviembre de 1992, ha sido responsable de los contactos entre el Gobierno y guerrillas colombianas para la liberación de secuestrados, entre ellos Mely Carrero, y es considerado un hombre del círculo más cercano a Chávez."
O sea... es un delincuente nato y con amplia experiencia en lo que está diciendo.
